This seems like it should be a red win but it's not. Is this intended?
It would be cool if there was a way to play against an AI :p

That's very fun to play! Sometimes, the player don't win when it is expected to.

some changes I would make:
1. going first is an advantage and it should therefore be randomized who gets to go first, i.e. red-blue-red, or blue-red-blue.
2. only one player should be able to move a piece at a time
3. each player should only be able to pick up the pieces of their color.
What do you mean going first? It's realtime, there are no turns.
For the rest, those are variants I tried through development and I prefer this one to be honest, it's much more frantic and crazy and that's the feeling I wanted to create.

Made an account just to say, don't listen to that guy. He has no idea what he's talking about or what you're trying to do with this game. He thinks you're trying to make just standard tic-tac-toe.
This is a significantly more fun version of tic-tac-toe and you've done a wonderful job with it. It's perfect just the way it is. Thanks for making it!
